Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of event are subject to fees up to entire cost of session. If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, or any other signs of illness including but not limited to headache, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, you and all in your party will need to refrain from entering the premises. In some cases you will be eligible for a refund of some or all of the missed session. This does not apply to packages.
